Cannabinoids have been shown to be possibly analgesic

July 11th, 2008 by cannabis

Cannabinoids have been shown to be possibly analgesic in animal models of neuropathic pain. There have been a few studies of marijuana/9-THC employing different models of experimentally induced pain in volunteer subjects or cannabis seeds, and these studies have also yielded conflicting results. Raft and colleagues (1977) found that, in oral surgery patients, premedication with intravenous 9-THC was less effective than diazepam or placebo in reducing two kinds of experimentally induced pain.

pharmacologically active plant

June 12th, 2008 by cannabis

Characterizing the clinical pharmacology of the constituents in any pharmacologically active plant is often complicated, particularly when the plant is smoked or eaten more or less in its natural form. Marijuana is not unusual in this respect. Cannabis sativa is a very adaptive plant, so its characteristics are even more variable than most plants (Graham 1976; Mechoulam 1973). Some of the seeming inconsistency or uncertainty in scientific reports describing the clinical pharmacology of marijuana results from the inherently variable potency of the plant material used in research studies. Inadequate control over drug dose when researching the effects of smoked and oral marijuana or feminized marijuana seeds, together with the use of research subjects who vary greatly in their past experience with marijuana, contribute differing accounts of what marijuana does or does not do.

White widow feminized

Do not discard the leafy material. Simmer it in (white widow feminized) milk or vodka and sweeten with honey to make a tasty and effective beverage. For extra potency the process may be repeated by heating more marijuana in the same butter. Otherwise do as above. To store cannabutter may be frozen or kept for a long time in the refrigerator by pouring water over it to act as an oxygen shield. Use chilled water and cannabutter to prevent any butter from floating to the top. A simpler and more potent cannabutter can be done by using hashish or hash oil instead of marijuana. Heat and stir until all the hash or oil dissolves in the butter. As much of hash or oil may be used as desired as it will dissolve very easily.

Experiment with your pH

May 2nd, 2008 by cannabis

Example: Soil pH is 6.8, you want it to be 6.0 set the water at 5.2 and it should bring it to the desired level. Experiment with your pH, different strains of weed will do better under different conditions.VentilationGood ventilation is a key factor to growing quality marijuana. Plants require Carbon Dioxide to grow, so the more air flow through out your space the more Carbon Dioxide they will have access too with the marijuana seeds. You should have an intake vent on one side of your cabinet and on the other side a fan sucking air out. Inside your cabinet you want a fan blowing at the tops of the plants, you don’t want a gail force wind just enough for the leaves to rustle a little. Good ventilation will promote healthy growth and strong stems, which are vital for the huge buds they will have to support later on.

13mm. garden hose connect for a cannabis plant

April 24th, 2008 by cannabis

A 42 litre plastic garbage bin and lid is used for the drip feed tank. Snap-on fittings and 13mm. garden hose connect the bottom of the drip feed tank to the to 13mm. poly tube. They also connect the pump outlet hose to the top of the drip feed tank. A Stop Snap-on is used where the garden hose connects to the Snap-on adapter on the 13mm. poly tube. This prevents the hydro juice flowing from when the Snap-on is removed from the 13mm. poly tube (white widow feminized). To convert from flood and drain to drip feed. Move the pump outlet hose from the flood inlet on top of the root chamber, to the top of the drip feed tank.

starting with marijuana seeds

Starting the SeedsDuring germination the seed awakens from its dormancy. Water is vitally important here, for as soon as the seed has absorbed an adequate amount of water, the seedling begins to create its root system. Next it breaks through its outer shell. Preparation:Place some damp paper towels on a plate. Place the seeds on top of them and then put a layer of damp paper towels on the seeds. Roots can also be grown in the air by spraying roots with a fine mist of hydro juice, or grown the white widow seeds in the hydro juice and the solution aerated under each root mass with an air pump.

Cannabis,copper and manganese

MANGANESE (Mn)The plant also uses this in its enzymes. Deficiencies and overdoses are both unknown when growing on soil. A lack might occur when growing on rockwool because of a too high pH. This is recognized by a yellowing between the veins of the new leaves (but not the very newest). COPPER (Cu) Copper deficiencies are extremely rare. Be careful not to confuse this deficiency with the symptoms of overfertilisation that are common if you use to much with white widow feminized.
